This new chapter in the Fouquet’s journey is further elevated by its collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire, renowned for his avant-garde approach to French cuisine. Chef Gagnaire’s culinary artistry brings modern innovation and artistic flair to the classic dishes that define Fouquet’s heritage.
