I bring years of hands-on experience in high-end culinary operations, having contributed as Sous Chef and purchaser for Fouquet’s, part of the prestigious Barrière Group, known for its Michelin-starred legacy under the guidance of Chef Pierre Gagnaire14 Stars.

Currently, I lead as Head Chef at Chie Restaurant, where I oversee a refined menu developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Akmal. My role includes not only kitchen leadership but also sourcing and purchasing, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of excellence.

My journey reflects a strong foundation in both creative execution and operational precision — always driven by a passion for quality and innovation.

Michelin stars experience

I had the honor of working under the guidance of Chef Pierre Gagnaire, a legendary chef renowned for holding 14 Michelin stars across his restaurants. During my time at GLB Fouquet’s Restaurant, this invaluable experience greatly enriched my culinary journey and deepened my passion for innovative gastronomy. The fusion of classic French techniques with modern creativity that Chef Gagnaire embodies inspired me to explore unique combinations of flavors and presentations. This experience not only shaped my skills in fine dining but also ignited a love for experimenting with new culinary concepts and pushing the boundaries of traditional cuisine.
